Beware the Beast

666Two thousand years ago, an old man by the name of John was incarcerated at the island of Patmos. In those days, Patmos was used by the Romans for political prisoners such as John. John did no crime other than being faithful to his Jesus whom he had been associated with while Jesus walked on earth. It was here that history took a major step forward. John was given a “revelation” of Jesus Himself. In that stunning series of visions, the future of the world was played out before John, leaving him stunned as frightening scenes of disasters were flashed before him. Read the rest of this entry »

Christmas – What Christmas?

vaticanABC NewsPope Francis has urged people to have greater empathy towards family and friends with problems in his Christmas Eve mass, saying the world “needs tenderness” and warmth.

“Do we have the courage to welcome with tenderness the difficulties and problems of those who are near to us?” the pontiff asked in his traditional homily delivered in St Peter’s Basilica, filled with 5,000 worshippers.

“Or do we prefer impersonal solutions, perhaps effective but devoid of the warmth of the Gospel? How much the world needs tenderness today.”

The 78-year-old Pope entered the vast basilica in a solemn procession flanked by cardinals intoning the Kalenda, a Gregorian chant proclaiming the birth of Jesus Christ.

Francis then removed a cloth from a statuette of a smiling baby Jesus that two children, from Syria and Lebanon, had carried into the sanctuary, and kissed the figure.

One Way Trip to Heaven

IRAQ-UNREST-TIKRITNew Straits TimesMalaysians heading for Syria and Iraq to fight with the Islamic State have been taking out bank loans to fund their journey and life there.

Sources from Bukit Aman told the New Straits Times that investigation papers on at least five Malaysian fighters, who were stopped from going over, showed that they had not only disposed of most of their properties, but had also applied for loans, some up to more than RM100,000.

Vatican Gay Relatio

beforeitsnews.com

beforeitsnews.com

Vatican document: “Homosexuals have gifts and qualities to offer the Christian community: are we capable of welcoming these people, guaranteeing to them a further space in our communities? Often they wish to encounter a Church that offers them a welcoming home,” said the document, known by its Latin name “relatio”. After a two-week meeting of bishops on family issues, Catholic bishops have made a major shift with unprecedented openness to accepting cohabitation of people who are gay or unmarried couples. It is no longer a secret that there are many reports of Catholic priests who are gays and  pedophiles. Is this change a result of high level pressure from the Vatican to allow promiscuity to be let loose without restraint in the Vatican?

Quran Verses to Mull Over

KoranIslam is a religion. Islamic faith is not any clandestine belief but is premised upon the teachings of the Quran. The Quran published in several languages, is opened to anyone willing to understand the teachings. Followers of Islam cannot deny what is written in it. Scholars have every opportunity to study and dissect the Quran to understand what Islam stands for. The rumblings and terror of Islamic militants claim that they are doing what they believe the Quran teaches. What we are witnessing shows no evidence to suggest that Islam promotes peace. It is disconcerting. If the Islamists claims are right (as in the Quran says so), then we are indeed facing a dire situation. We sincerely pray that they are wrong regarding these innocent killings. Certainly this deserves closer scrutiny.

Islamic Terror?

MuslimPerth Now – Perth’s Muslim children bearing brunt of public backlash over extremist group Islamic State

The beheading of innocent people in the Middle East by those claiming to be from ISIS is creating a deep chasm between simple Muslim folks and “infidels”, i.e. those not embracing the Islam faith. The winds of tit-for-tat retaliations are being stirred into fearful storms. In multicultural societies, ordinary Muslims have lived happily with non-Muslim neighbours. There is harmony and acceptance of cultural or religious differences. People treat one another with respect, not by race or creed. Most don’t even really care nor understand what other religions teach and uphold. There is simple co-existence as human beings. So how did this tension and rift developed in such once harmonious societies?

One World Religion

PeresThe New World Order “conspirators” envisaged a day when the world comes under a one-government control. World unification is a spiritual endeavour to re-invent the tower of Babel after the craftiness of man was torn asunder by God. Language diaspora was the key event that kept man away from nefarious ideas of becoming like God – an attempt to usurp God’s power. Now, the same anti-Christ power is making a comeback.  Read the rest of this entry »

Encounter with Demons

Do you believe in demons – malevolent spiritual beings that roam the world? Some do, some don’t and some are agnostic. Truth is a strange thing. It is not bothered by what you believe. A person’s belief has no bearing on truism. So what if demons do exist, regardless of your beliefs? If they do, then their impact,  if any, on humans is of paramount interest to us. We should be concerned. If you are agnostic, you should be equally concerned. Again, some will argue that even if they do exist, they are in a world of their own and there is no reason to be concerned. Maybe, there is a life after this insane world. Or maybe not, nothing exists after death – life is an illusion, a convoluted mess of something and nothingness (see obituary message below). There’s no absolute proof either case in a humanistic or scientific sense. Question is – can you know now before the curtain of life falls?

Silence of the Lambs

This is not about the 1991 thriller movie Silence of the Lambs. It is about silence of the lambs – something more sinister, real and tragic. Read on with an open mind and a contrite heart. This is for Christians only. It is strictly for those who believe that they are born sinners and have been rescued from death by the propitiation of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ – the only begotten Son of God Yahweh, who came to be the ultimate sacrificial Lamb of God, born of a virgin woman, died on the cross and was resurrected again. If that is not what you are, read on only if you have nothing better to do. If you are a believer, stop reading immediately too if the words henceforth hurt too much or you think there is not an iota of truth in what is written. Else consider the facts and ponder over them then decide for yourself what to believe. If the ensuing words stir your heart, be at peace. They are not meant to provoke you into rage. Truth will set you free. I am not a theologian or bible scholar, just a simpleton who is willing to observe and compare the workings of the awesome risen Christ and His teachings versus man appointed, self-professed teachers of Christ.  Read the rest of this entry »

The House of ONE: Interfaith Temple

It is coming, ONE WORLD TEMPLE. We are just one step nearer to the One World Religion.

Berlin ‘Tolerance Trio’ has come together to build a joint house of worship in Berlin, to counter the growing religious tensions in an increasingly multi-cultural Europe. Now they are looking to source €43.5 million with crowdfunding. Why was Berlin chosen for this temple? Why not Jerusalem, the place that is hotly contested by Jews, Christians and Muslims. Berlin is not the final destination, only one step before Jerusalem. Only Jerusalem can appease Jews, Muslims and Christians. Interestingly, Pergamum is mentioned in the bible as the seat of Satan (Revelation 2:13). Having the temple at Berlin is most befitting. After his visit to Pergamum in 1864, Carl Humann got permission to excavate the ruins of the city and transfer the priceless artifacts of the altar of Zeus to Berlin.  Stone by stone, the altar was excavated and taken to Berlin, where it was reassembled and placed in its own museum. The Pergamon Museum opened in 1930, with the altar as its centerpiece. The seat of Satan had since then been residing in Berlin.
